                             Director Shareholding

The Company was informed on 31 March 2008 that on 28 March 2008, John Croft, the
Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 250,000 ordinary shares in the
Company at 2p each. Mr. Croft now holds 452,415 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 0.16 per cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights.
Mr. Croft also holds 500,000 options in the Company. No further options were
granted to Mr. Croft.

In addition, Yap Chih Ming, a director of the Company, notified the Company on  
1 April 2008 that on 1 April 2008 he had purchased 150,000 ordinary shares in 
the Company at AUS$ 0.042 each, bringing his total shareholding to 469,230 
ordinary shares, representing 0.17 per cent. of the issued share capital and 
total voting rights. Mr. Yap Chih Ming also holds 700,000 options in the 
Company. No further options were granted to Mr. Yap Chih Ming.
