Endeavour Promotes Cathy L. Stubbs to Senior Vice President of Finance 
 
    HOUSTON, Sept. 28 -- Endeavour International Corporation (Amex: END) 
(LSE: ENDV) today announced that Cathy L. Stubbs has been promoted to senior 
vice president of finance. 
 
    "Cathy has been instrumental in Endeavour's successful completion of many 
financings over the years. Her skill and understanding of the capital markets 
has gained her the respect of all those with whom she has worked," said Mike 
Kirksey, Endeavour's executive vice president and chief financial officer.

    Stubbs has over 20 years of corporate financial experience. She has been 
with Endeavour since its founding in 2004 and has served in corporate 
development, accounting and financial controls and treasury. Stubbs was with 
Ocean Energy and its predecessor companies for seven years where she worked 
in a number of financial management positions. She began her career with KPMG 
International.
