                      EICOM PLC ("Eicom" or "the Company")

                              Directors' Dealings

Eicom announces the following transactions in its shares;

John Sanderson, Stephen Timmins and Paul Fowler today notified the Company that
they have each purchased 500,000 Eicom Ordinary Shares in the open market
at a price of 0.73p per share

In addition the Company has allotted 746,662 Ordinary Shares with a nominal
value of 0.5p at 0.625p to Avonglen Limited under an agreement whereby Avonglen
Limited receives shares in part payment for the non-executive director services
of William Harris. An application will be made for these shares to be admitted
to AIM, and trading is expected to commence on 30 September 2005.

As a result of these transactions the directors have the following beneficial
ownership in the enlarged share capital of the Company;

Commenting on the share purchase, Eicom Chief Executive, Steve Timmins said:
