Result of Extraordinary General Meeting 
 
 
At the Extraordinary General Meeting of EETI held today, the resolution 
proposing to cancel the admission of the Company's shares to trading on AIM 
under AIM Rule 41 was passed. As shareholder approval has been granted, it is 
expected that cancellation of admission will take effect from 7:00am on 
Wednesday 8 July 2009.
