Edge Performance VCT plc (the "Company")

Issue of Equity

The Company announces that, pursuant to the Company's offer for subscription for up to 5,000,000 H Shares of 10 pence each in the Company, under the terms of the prospectus dated 18 February 2013 (the "Offer"), the Company has today allotted and issued 378,035 H Shares at an issue price of 94.16p per H Share.

Application is now being made for the admission of the 378,035 new H Shares to the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities, which is expected to take place at the earliest practical opportunity.

The Offer closed to further applications at 3pm on 14 June 2013.

Following this allotment and issue, the Company's issued share capital is as follows:
