Extension of Closing Dates

Offers for Subscription for H & I Shares

Offer for subscription of up to 10,000,000 H Shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company at an issue price of 100p each payable in full on subscription and of up to 15,000,000 I Shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company at an issue price of 100p each payable in full on subscription (the "Share Offers")

The Directors of the Company are pleased to announce that, in accordance with the terms of the Share Offers, as set out in the Prospectus, they have exercised their discretion to extend the closing date for applications under the Share Offers.

Applications under either of the Share Offers in respect of the 2012/13 tax year may now be made until 5.00pm on 20 November 2012.

Enhanced Share Buy-back Offer

Tender offer to repurchase C Shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company conditional on the proceeds of sale being applied in full in subscribing for new shares in the Company (the "Enhanced Share Buy-back Offer").

The Directors of the Company are also pleased to announce that, in accordance with the terms of the Enhanced Share Buyback Offer, as set out in the Company's offer document dated 9 July 2012 (the "Offer Document"), they have exercised their discretion to extend the closing date for applications under the Enhanced Share Buyback Offer.

Applications under the Enhanced Share Buyback Offermay now be made until 5.00pm on 28 September 2012.
