Offers for Subscription

Edge Performance VCT plc (the "Company") announces that it has published a Prospectus to raise up to, in aggregate, GBP20m through offers for subscription (the "Offers"), with over-allotment facilities of, in aggregate, a further GBP40 million. The Company has also published a circular to shareholders in respect of the Offers (the "Circular")

The Offers are for up to 10,000,000 H Shares of 10 pence each ("H Share Offer") at an issue price of 100p each payable in cash in full on subscription, together with an over-allotment facility of a further 20,000,000 H Shares, and up to 10,000,000 I Shares of 10 pence each ("I Share Offer") at an issue price of 100p each payable in cash in full on subscription, together with an over-allotment facility of a further 20,000,000 I Shares.

The H Share Offer opens at 8am on 25 November 2011 and is expected to close at 5pm on 5 April 2012 for investors seeking tax relief in the 2011/2012 tax year and at 3pm on 8 June 2012 (unless previously brought forward or extended by the Directors) for investors seeking tax relief in the 2012/13 tax year. The I Share Offer opens at 8am on 25 November 2011 and is expected to close at 5pm on 30 March 2012 for investors seeking tax relief in the 2011/2012 tax year and at 3pm on 8 June 2012 (unless previously brought forward or extended by the Directors) for investors seeking tax relief in the 2012/13 tax year.
