Edge Performance VCT plc is pleased to announce that Lord Howard
Flight has agreed to join the board of the Company as a
non-executive director with effect from 5 September 2011.
Sir Robin Miller, Chairman of Edge Performance VCT, said:
"I am delighted Howard has agreed to join the board and serve on
the audit committee. He brings more than 40 years experience in
investment banking, venture capital and business at the highest
level. He is Chairman of the EIS Association and a former member of
the Shadow Cabinet as Shadow Chief Secretary to the Treasury."
Lord Flight is also a director of Arden Partners plc, Aurora
Investment Trust plc, Downing Structured Opportunities VCT 1 plc,
Loudwater Trust Limited and Marechale Capital plc.
