for the Transaction in own shares.
Edge Performance VCT plc (the "Company")
Transaction in own Shares
The Company announces that on 8 August 2011 it purchased 33,902
'C' shares for cancellation. The price paid was 73.28 pence per 'C'
share.
Following the cancellation of these shares, the Company's issued
share capital now comprises 13,294,697 C Shares, 19,228,838 D
Shares, 9,813,732 E Shares, 29,411,437 F Shares and 24,153,303 G
Shares. Each C, D, E, F and G Share carries the right to one vote
at a general meeting of the Company and, therefore, the total
number of voting rights in the Company is now 95,902,007.
