Offer for Subscription

Edge Performance VCT plc (the "Company") announces that it has published a Prospectus to raise up to, in aggregate, GBP10m through an offer for subscription (the "Offer"), with an over-allotment facility of a further GBP20 million. The Company has also published a circular to shareholders in respect of the Offer (the "Circular")

The Offer opens at 8am on 20 October 2010 and is expected to close at 5pm on 5 April 2011 (or an earlier date on which fully subscribed) for investors seeking tax relief in the 2010/2011 tax year and at 3pm on 3 June 2011 (unless previously brought forward or extended) for investors seeking tax relief in the 2011/12 tax year. The Offer is for up to, in aggregate, 10,000,000 G ordinary shares of 10 pence each, to be issued at a price of GBP1.00 each.
