Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

The Company announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 2 October 2014, the Resolutions proposed to the meeting, as set out in the circular to shareholders dated 10 September 2014, were duly passed. The results of the vote are summarised below.

It is expected that trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares on AIM will cease at close of business on Thursday 9 October 2014 and cancellation will take effect at 7am on 10 October 2014.

Shareholders representing 31,045,043 Shares of the Company, voted in favour of the Resolution, and Shareholders representing 52,000 Shares of the Company abstained from voting.

There were no votes against the Resolution.
