                Conclusion of Refinancing of Galleria Plovdiv AD 
 
 
European Convergence Development Company PLC ("ECDC" or the "Company") announces 
that, further to the announcement of 20 July 2009, it has successfully concluded 
refinancing negotiations with the joint venture partner and the financing bank 
of its Bulgarian joint venture associate, Galleria Plovdiv AD. 
 
The new financing agreement requires no additional capital contributions by the 
Company above those previously announced, and there are no material changes to 
the debt terms. The new agreement is expected to take the project to completion 
and opening, scheduled for the end of March, 2010.
