Posting of Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of AGM

East Balkan Properties plc ("the Company") announces that it has sent its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 December 2010 to shareholders.

The Company further announces that the Annual General Meeting will be held at 11.00am on 22 July 2011 at IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man and a notice of this meeting has been sent to shareholders with the Annual Report and Accounts.

The Notice of meeting includes a resolution to re-register the Company under the Companies Act 2006 of the Isle of Man (the "Re-registration"). As part of the Re-registration, the Company proposes to adopt a new Memorandum (the "New Memorandum") and Articles of Association (the "New Articles"), which are considered appropriate for a company incorporated under the 2006 Act and which has been admitted to AIM.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts, notice of the AGM and the proposed New Memorandum and the New Articles are available for review on the Company's website http://www.ebp-plc.com.
