The Company was notified on 8 June 2007 that Mr P A Rooney had purchased on 7
June 2007,  2,000,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.1p in the Company at a price of 1.67p
per share and on 4 June 2007,  500,000 shares at a price of 1.7p, bringing his
total holding to 30,250,000 shares representing 13.65% of the Company's total
voting rights.
