Redemption Offer

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 7 October 2013 the Company has today published a circular (the "Circular"), pursuant to which Shareholders are being offered a redemption opportunity for up to 30 per cent. of the Shares in issue (excluding Shares held in treasury) as at the Record Date (the "Redemption Offer").

The additional terms and conditions of the Redemption Offer and the procedure for tendering Shares for redemption are set out in Part III of the Circular.
