Discount Control Policy - Redemption Offer

Further to announcements made by the Company on 23 April 2013 and 28 May 2013, the Directors have determined to proceed with a redemption offer for up to 30 per cent of the shares in issue.

The Board expects to post a circular to shareholders containing details of the redemption offer by the end of October 2013.
