("KBCIHL"). KBCIHL is the direct parent undertaking of Kleinwort Benson
(Channel Islands) Investment Management Limited.
Each of RHJ International SA and Kleinwort Benson Group Limited is an
indirect holder of the 3,522,225 voting rights (3.68%) notified in section
8A as a result of the chain of controlled undertakings described above.
