In her new role, Profrock, a strategic marketing professional with
more than 20 years of experience, will be responsible for

products and services. Working from the company's New York headquarters, she will plan and
direct all aspects of the organization's marketing policies,
objectives, financials and initiatives.

managing an evolving company brand and driving business
transformation. Profrock has also held various marketing, sales,
partner management and business development positions with Thomas
Technology Solutions, a division of Reed
Elsevier; Actium; and Softmart. She holds a Bachelor of
Science in Business Administration with a specialty in Services
Marketing from Penn State University
and certifications in inbound sales, inbound marketing, and digital
strategies.
