the Company, has purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary 
Shares") in the Company at a price of 4.75p per share. 
Following the purchase today Mr Lane holds a total of 80,000 Ordinary Shares 
representing approximately 0.12% of the Company's issued share capital
