DP WORLD ANNOUNCES CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Dubai, UAE 17 December 2013: DP World today announces that Robert Woods will join the Board of Directors as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 1January 2014.

Mr Woods will replace retiring director Cho Ying Davy Ho who has served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of DP World since 30 May 2007. Cho Ying Davy Ho will retire effective 1 January 2014.

Sultan Ahmed Bin Sulayem, Chairman of DP World, commented:

Robert Woods, CBE is the Chairman of P&O Ferries & DP World Southampton. He was formerly the Chief Executive of P&O Steam Navigation Company and a Non-Executive Director of Cathay Pacific. Robert currently holds Non-Executive Directorship at John Swire & Sons and Caledonia Investments. His appointment followed the board process for search and selection.

DP World confirms that no further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to L.R. 9.6.13 in London and that it is also compliant with its listing obligations in Dubai.
