Annual Information Update
In accordance with Prospectus Rule 5.2, DP World Limited (the
"Company") announces that the following information has been
published or made available to the public over the previous 12
months up to and including 29 March 2012 in compliance with laws
and rules dealing with the regulation of securities, issues of
securities and securities markets.
1. Regulatory Announcements
The following regulatory announcements have been made during the
previous 12 months via NASDAQ Dubai's CAP/CANDI system and since 1
June 2011, being the date of the Company's admission to trading on
the London Stock Exchange, also via a Regulatory Information
