A block listing application has been made for 300,000 Ordinary
Shares of 5p each in the Company.
The above shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing issued ordinary shares in the Company. Application has
been made to the UK Listing Authority for the listing of, and to
the London Stock Exchange for the admission of, these shares to the
Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main
Market for listed securities.
All of these shares are being issued under the Company's Save As
You Earn Scheme.
