Cancellation of Derwent London Capital (Jersey) Limited GBP175,000,000 2.75 per cent. Convertible Bonds due 2016 (ISIN: XS0628102112) (the "Bonds")

In accordance with Listing Rule 12.5.2R, Derwent London plc (the "Company") announces that, further to the receipt of bondholder conversion notices in respect of GBP68.5 million in outstanding principal amount of the Bonds (the "Converted Bonds") which, taken together with the GBP106.5 million of Bonds previously converted pursuant to the redemption notice issued on 17 December 2014, represent 100% of the initial principal amount of Bonds issued, the Converted Bonds have been cancelled. Following such conversion and cancellation, no Bonds will remain outstanding.
