   Dealings by Directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities
                                  ("PDMR's").

Direct Wonen has been informed that Weswa B.V, owned by Yvonne Swaans, Chief
Executive Officer and Richard Westerhuis, Chief Strategic Officer, has purchased
1,378,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 11 April 2008 at
a price of 38,00 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the above transaction, Weswa BV has an interest of 119,594,324
Ordinary Shares representing 75.98% of the issued share capital of the Company.
