Announcement of NAV as at 30 August 2013

The Company announces that the unaudited net asset value per share as at 30 August 2013 was 10.08 pence amounting to a net asset value of GBP3,604,271.56.

The Company has already returned 110.5 pence per share in cash (GBP39,502,645.00) to shareholders since its launch on 31 March 2010.

As at the 30 August 2013 the Company has fully deployed its capital.

Overview

The Company is a Guernsey registered, closed-ended investment company which is listed on the Specialist Fund Market of the London Stock Exchange and on the Channel Islands Stock Exchange.

The investment objective of the Company is to invest in a concentrated portfolio of mainly closed-ended investment funds and investment companies with an equity market capitalisation of below GBP100 million and that the Manager believes would benefit from the implementation of certain measures to optimise their balance sheets and align management and shareholder interests.

The Company will have a fixed life of four years from the date of Admission and it firmly intends to return to shareholders the net capital proceeds of all material profitable realisations from its investments promptly following their receipt.
