Deal Group received notification today that, following a transaction on 9
November 2004, J O Hambro Capital Management Limited is currently interested in
31,765,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company, representing 8.74% of the
total issued share capital.


The total holding of 31,765,000 shares in which all parties are interested
includes a non-material interest for the purposes of Section 199 2A Companies
Act 1985 of 29,488,901 shares in which a Limited Liability Partnership owned by
J O Hambro Capital Management Group Limited is interested as investment manager
of an undertaking for collective investments in transferable securities (UCITS).
