                              Director resignation



The board of directors ("the Board") of Deal Group Media plc ("the Company")
announces that Nicky Iapino, Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board,
has tendered her resignation as a member of the Board and as an employee of the
Company.



The board wishes to thank Nicky for her invaluable contribution, and wishes her
every success for the future.



Commenting on Nicky's resignation, Adrian Moss, Chief Executive Officer, said: '
Nicky played an instrumental role in ensuring our merger with IBNet was a
success. Now that that business has been seamlessly integrated into the Deal
Group Media operation Nicky has decided to step down.



'Since the merger, the Company has put in place a new management team capable of
moving the company through its next growth phase. Recent account wins include
Virgin Mobile, Apple, Vodafone and B&Q.'
