Director Resignations and Cancellation of listing

Dagenham Motors Group plc ("Dagenham Motors" or the "Company") announces that,
following  the  declaration that the recommended offer  for  the  Company  by
Goldman  Sachs  International on behalf of Polar  Motor  Investments  plc  is
unconditional in all respects, it has accepted the resignations as  directors
of David Philip (Chairman and Managing Director) and Walter Hayes and Charles
Levison (Non-Executive Directors).

The Dagenham Motors shares will be delisted in due course.
