Dobbies Garden Centres plc ("Dobbies" or "the Company") 
 

Outcomes of EGM and Open Offer to Shareholders

 
 
Dobbies announces that the Resolutions in connection with the recent Placing
and Open Offer which were proposed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of
the Company held earlier today were duly passed. 
 
Dobbies also announces that, in connection with the Open Offer, applications
were received in respect of a total of 196,199 New Ordinary Shares
representing approximately 14.82% of the issue. The balance of 1,127,577 New
Ordinary Shares available under the Open Offer has been placed by Brewin
Dolphin Securities Limited in accordance with the terms of the Placing.
