                             Director Shareholding

The Company was informed that F. Feldman, a director of the Company, yesterday
sold 98,357 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")
at 83 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction F. Feldman has an interest in 360,000 Ordinary
Shares, representing 1.22 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share
capital.
