Additional Listing

The Company is pleased to announce that a total of 241,250 new ordinary shares have today been subscribed for by Rivington Street Corporate Finance Limited for a consideration of GBP24,125 (the "Subscription"). The Subscription is in consideration of certain services provided by Rivington Street Corporate Finance Limited for the Company.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 241,250 new shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM and it is expected that admission will take place on July 16th 2012.

Following this allotment the Company will have

71,701,651 shares in issue.
