Annual Results Suspension

The Board of designcapital announces that the Company will not be able to publish its annual audited accounts (the "Accounts"), for the year ended 31 December 2010, by 30 June 2011 as the audited accounts for Artelano sa, one of its subsidiary companies and which are therefore required for inclusion in the Accounts, have not yet been received following the recent decision to wind down the Company's activities in France, as announced on 2 June 2011.

Accordingly, the Company is not currently in a position to be able to comply with the requirements of AIM Rule 19 and its shares will therefore be temporarily suspended from trading on AIM until the Accounts are published and available to shareholders.
