                                 NEW CONTRACTS

Cybit Holdings PLC ("Cybit") is pleased to announce considerable progress
through its Fleetstar-Online management solution with new contracts worth in
excess of #1.2 million.

Cybit has secured contracts with infrastructure management specialists AWG
Facilities Services Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of AWG Plc. Under the
agreement Cybit will deploy its Fleetstar-Online fleet management application to
318 support vehicles.

Cybit has also signed 2 new contracts with an environmental support services
company and a regional housing association. Under the agreements, Cybit will
install its Fleetstar-Online application to a total of 405 vehicles.
