                    Cybit announces partnership with Mandata



Cybit has signed a partnership with Mandata to offer a range of fleet management
and back-office solutions to the freight industry, based upon GPRS (General
Packet Radio Service) technology. The partnership enables users to combine
Cybit's telematics solutions directly with Mandata's back-office supply chain
and mobile workforce management applications. The companies have secured their
first joint order from Swales Haulage, the construction logistics specialists
which has a fleet of nearly fourty vehicles.

Swales Haulage has ordered 30 units which will improve fleet management
efficiency and increase productivity. Cybit's always-on GPRS technology means
that Mandata's clients are able to track their mobile workforce and transfer
large packets of information between the vehicles, and the company's back-office
systems in real-time.

Mandata is a leading supplier of supply chain solutions with over 500 clients,
operating in excess of 30,000 vehicles throughout the UK, Ireland and Holland.
Mandata's market leading Windows Distribution system covers all aspects from
warehousing to final delivery. The arrangemt with Cybit now extends this link
into the vehicles themselves, giving a 'live' back-office transport managmeent
system.
