                            Appointment of Directors

Cybit Holdings plc ("Cybit" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the
appointment to the Board of John Wisdom as Sales and Marketing Director, and
David Robins as a Non-Executive Director.


John Henry Wisdom, aged 44, has been promoted to the Board of Directors
following a highly successful year as Director of Sales and Marketing of Cybit
Limited, the trading subsidiary of the Company. His expanded role will extend
the Company's focus to identifying new markets, building strategic partnerships
and will involve the further promotion of the Company's broad range of ASP-based
internet telematics solutions to a wide range of vertical markets. John will
report directly to Chief Executive Richard Horsman.


John brings over 20 years experience in the Transport and Logistics industry.
Prior to joining Cybit in October 2001, John worked for the global logistics
company Ryder plc where he was Director of Marketing Europe. Prior to that, John
was General Sales Manager for Dutch transportation giant Nedlloyd.


David Arthur Robins, aged 50, is a partner with City law firm, Berwin Leighton
Paisner and brings a wealth of corporate finance experience to the Board. He
specialises in all aspects of corporate finance including acquisitions, mergers
and funding issues. Before practicing as a solicitor, David was an executive in
the corporate finance department of a leading merchant bank. Between June 1999
and May 2001 David was a non-executive director of Hornby plc where he had
significant input in the strategic re-positioning of that company


Commenting on the appointments, Richard Horsman, CEO of Cybit said:

this exciting business area, both organically and through acquisition.


John's appointment is a direct result of his significant role in building the
successful sales and marketing operation at Cybit over the last 12 months. As a
sales and marketing focussed organisation, it is important that the board has
strong representation from this key function as we look to implement our forward
growth strategies.


David's 20 years experience in the mergers and acquisitions field will be
invaluable to the Company as we identify and pursue acquisition targets. "
