Following a buyer initiated request for stock of CybIT on 22 August 2002, Billam
Plc ('Billam') sold 20 million Ordinary Shares of CybIT to Hoodless Brennan &
Partners Limited to assist liquidity in the market.

Billam retains an interest in 251,090,800 Ordinary Shares of CybIT, which
represents 37.33% of the issued share capital of CybIT.
