                    New Partnership with Lex Vehicle Leasing


Cybit, one of the UK's fastest growing providers of telematics and fleet
management solutions, has signed a strategic partnership with Lex Vehicle
Leasing, the UK's leading contract hire company. Under the agreement, Cybit and
Lex Vehicle Leasing will work together to deliver advanced telematics and fleet
management capabilities to Lex Vehicle Leasing's customers, enabling them to
improve fleet efficiency, analyse fleet performance, and fulfil duty of care
requirements to drivers. The partnership combines Cybit's range of
platform-independent telematics solutions and Lex Vehicle Leasing's expertise in
providing award winning, bespoke fleet solutions to drive sales of Cybit
solutions to corporate and SME markets.


Lex Vehicle Leasing has more than 70,000 cars and 20,000 vans in the UK and
provides a range of vehicle leasing programmes and fleet management services
directly to large corporates, and to SMEs through its channel partners. Cybit
and Lex Vehicle Leasing will initially target fleet managers with Cybit's
Fleetstar fleet management software, GPService Pilot GPS-based hands-free
telematics kit and 24/7 bureau service. The partnership follows Cybit's
successful acquisition of Fleetstar from Trafficmaster and its strategic
partnership with Norwich Union to provide risk management services to its
customers, confirming the Company as a top UK telematics and fleet management
vendor.

The partnership will initially focus on driving sales of Cybit's Fleetstar fleet
