The Company has today been informed that on 20 July 2001, the Company's Chief
Executive Richard Horsman purchased 260,000 ordinary shares in the Company at
2.25 pence each. Mr Horsman now has a total interest in 260,000 ordinary
shares representing approximately 0.04 per cent of the issued share capital.
