2.    following an acquisition of 1,412,646 Ordinary Shares on 19 January 2010, 
Credit Suisse Group AG had an interest in 10,985,466 Ordinary Shares 
(representing 5.11% of the issued share capital of the Company as at that date). 
 
 
3.     following a disposal of Ordinary Shares on 20 January 2010, Credit Suisse
