In accordance with AIM Rule 17, the Company wishes to announce that it was 
notified on 29 December 2009 that James GP Dehlsen, Chairman of the Board of 
Directors, gifted 86,000 ordinary shares to certain family members, friends and 
charitable organizations including 24,000 shares to James B Dehlsen, 
Non-executive director. 
 
 
As a result, the aggregate number of Ordinary Shares in which James GP Dehlsen 
is interested, both directly and indirectly, is 21,310,990, representing 16.37 
per cent of the issued share capital of the Company (such number of shares 
including 2,839,637 shares held by James GP Dehlsen, 11,570,518 shares held by 
Dehlsen Associates, LLC and 6,884,835 shares held by the Dehlsen Family Trust). 
 
 
As a result, the aggregate number of Ordinary Shares in which James B Dehlsen is 
interested, both directly and indirectly, is 19,437,498 representing 14.93 per 
cent of the issued share capital of the Company (such number of shares including 
982,145 shares held by James B Dehlsen, 11,570,518 shares held by Dehlsen 
Associates, LLC and 6,884,835 shares held by the Dehlsen Family Trust). 
 
 
Mr. James GP Dehlsen holds a 68 per cent interest in Dehlsen Associates, LLC and 
Mr. James B Dehlsen holds a 32 per cent interest in Dehlsen Associates, LLC. 
 
 
Mr. James GP Dehlsen and Mr. James B Dehlsen are beneficiaries of the Dehlsen 
Family Trust.
