    Director/PDMR Shareholdings

    In accordance with AIM Rule 17, the Company wishes to announce that it was notified on 12 May 2008 that, on 12 May 2008, James GP
Dehlsen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, exercised options in respect of 240,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the
Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of .6858 GBP per share (such number of shares representing .19 per cent of current issued
share capital of the Company).

    As a result, the aggregate number of Ordinary Shares in which James GP Dehlsen is interested, both directly and indirectly, is
21,824,990, representing 16.85 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company (such number of shares including 4,214,472 shares held by
James GP Dehlsen, 11,670,518 shares held by Dehlsen Associates, LLC and 5,940,000 shares held by the Dehlsen Family Trust).

    In addition, the Company wishes to announce that it was notified on 12 May 2008 that, on 12 May 2008, James B Dehlsen, a director of the
Company, exercised options in respect of 300,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of .13716 GBP per share (such number of shares
representing .23 per cent of current issued share capital of the Company).

    As a result, the aggregate number of Ordinary Shares in which James B Dehlsen is interested, both directly and indirectly, is
18,857,429, representing 14.56 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company (such number of shares including 1,246,911 shares held by
James B Dehlsen, 11,670,518 shares held by Dehlsen Associates, LLC and 5,940,000 shares held by the Dehlsen Family Trust).

    Mr. James GP Dehlsen holds a 70 per cent interest in Dehlsen Associates, LLC and Mr. James B Dehlsen holds a 30 per cent interest in
Dehlsen Associates, LLC.

    Mr. James GP Dehlsen and Mr. James B. Dehlsen are beneficiaries of the Dehlsen Family Trust.
