SENIOR MANAGEMENT CHANGES

London, (UK), Carpinteria, CA (USA) - May 19, 2008 - Clipper Windpower Plc, a rapidly growing manufacturer of advanced wind turbines and
developer of wind energy projects, announces the following senior management changes.

Finn Hansen, Senior Vice President of Operations

Finn Hansen will step down from his executive role as Senior Vice President of Operations and will continue on Clipper's Board of
Directors as a Non-executive Director, effective 31 May 2008.

Finn Hansen has been a member of Clipper's Board of Directors since 2005 taking on an interim executive position in September 2007 to
support the company during the early phase of supply chain development, manufacturing, and assembly operations.

J. Brent Dehlsen, Chief Operating Officer

J. Brent Dehlsen will step down from his role as COO to re-engage in planning the company's growth and strategic model for the expansion
phase ahead, such change to be effective immediately. Brent will continue on Clipper's Board of Directors as an Executive Director.

Brent co-founded Clipper US with James G.P. Dehlsen in 2001 serving as COO through the development of the technology, the build-up of
the wind project development portfolio, and startup of turbine manufacturing and field service activities and has served as a member of the
Board of Directors since 2001.

Doug Pertz, Non-executive Director

Doug Pertz was appointed as a Non-executive Director by the Clipper Board on 12 May 2008. Mr. Pertz will serve as Interim Chief
Operating Officer effective immediately.

Mr. Pertz is a Partner with One Equity Partners and is a member of the Board of Directors of Nalco Holding Co. Mr. Pertz was Chairman
and CEO of IMC Global, Inc. until it merged to form The Mosaic Company. Previously, Mr. Pertz served as President and CEO and as a Board
member of Culligan Water Technologies, Inc.
