Clipper Windpower Plc "the Company" has been notified on 10 April 2007, that as
of 5 April 2007, Energy Spectrum Partners II LP and Energy Spectrum Partners III
LP reduced their aggregate holdings in 10p ordinary shares of Clipper Windpower
Plc- Reg S (the "Company") from 3,236,843 10p ordinary shares to nil 10p
ordinary shares.  This represents a reduction from their combined aggregate
holding of 3.0% of the outstanding share capital of the Company.
