The Board has been notified that effective 19 January 2007, Dehlsen Associates,
LLC sold 1,500,000 10p ordinary shares, representing 1.4 per cent of issued
shares.

As a result, after the sale, the total beneficial interest of Dehlsen
Associates, LLC in the Company is 9,234,904 ordinary shares representing 8.63
per cent of issued share capital of the Company.

Mr. James GP Dehlsen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, holds a
70% interest in Dehlsen Associates, LLC and Mr. James B Dehlsen, Executive
Director of the Company, holds a 30% interest in Dehlsen Associates, LLC.
