In accordance with the transitional provisions of the Disclosure and
Transparency Rules, the Company hereby announces that subsequent to 31 December
2006 there has been an increase in the total number of ordinary shares of 10p
each in issue in the amount of 120,376- each share carrying the right to one
vote.  This brings the total ordinary shares in issue to 106,994,320.
