The Board of Centurion Electronics plc was notified today by Hermes
Administration Services Limited pursuant to sections 198 to 210 of the Companies
Act 1985 (as amended), that BriTel Fund Trustees Limited, The Trustees of BT
Pension Scheme has an interest in a total of 1,326,762 ordinary shares which
represents 5.48 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The shares are
registered in the name of BriTel Fund Nominees Ltd.
