The Board of Centurion Electronics plc was notified yesterday by Hermes
Administration Services Limited pursuant to sections 198 to 210 of the Companies
Act 1985 (as amended), that the Royal Mail Pensions Trustees Ltd, Possfund
Custodian Trustee Ltd has acquired an interest in 813,408 Centurion ordinary
shares, which, following the issue of new shares announced on 5 March 2004,
represents 3.36 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital. The
shares are registered in the name of PossFund Nominees Ltd.
