Centurion Electronics plc ("Centurion" or the "Company")
Grant of Options and Directors' dealing
The Company has been informedthat Brian Hendon, Chairman, yesterday purchased
5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 95p per share. The Company
has also been informed that Amanda Thorneycroft, Managing Director and Finance
Director, yesterday purchased 2,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of
100p per share. Following these share purchases their resultant shareholdings
are as follows:

The Company also announces that following the recent board changes the Company's

These options are exercisable during the exercise period, subject to the
condition that the average closing mid-market share price of the Company for the
five business days preceding the date of exercise is not less than 140p per
share, adjusted for any subsequent capital issue.
Following the grant of these options the Company has a total of 1,491,667 shares
under option representing approximately 6.1 per cent of the issued share capital
as enlarged by these share options.
