                        CENTURION AGREEMENT WITH NISSAN

Centurion Electronics plc (Centurion), a UK market leader in the field of in-car
audio-visual entertainment which recently listed on AIM, has signed an agreement
with Nissan to supply the new 2003 model Nissan Micra with a bespoke in-car DVD
system. This agreement has been entered into with MSX International Limited, a
preferred supplier for UK Micra accessories.

The system will be offered as an aftermarket dealer fitted accessory option, and
will be available from this spring throughout all 229 Nissan dealers. Designed
for rear seat passenger entertainment, it incorporates a 5.6 inch TFT LCD
monitor, providing high quality images, and an integrated DVD player located in
the glove box.

Steven Cunningham, Chairman of Centurion, commented "Our relationship with
Nissan is a further endorsement of our ability to develop and implement vehicle
specific systems for motor manufacturers. In the first year, we expect to
deliver in excess of 1000 systems. There are currently thousands of Micras sold
throughout the UK each year and moving forward we believe this to be a fantastic
opportunity."
