                          Appointment of Non-Executive Director
 

Further to the announcement on 6 January 2006 that Iwan Rees had joined
Centurion Electronics plc (the "Company") as OEM Sales Director, the Company
is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Rees to the Board of the Company
with immediate effect.

Mr Rees, aged 45, is an experienced Sales Director with over 24 years experience
in the multi-national automotive industry. Since 1997 he has successfully led
the UK Sales function as Sales and Marketing Director at Valeo, a supplier of
components and products to the automotive industry.

Mr Rees is currently a partner in Jones & Llewelyn, having been so since 11 June
1998.

Save as disclosed above, there is no other information requiring to be disclosed
under Schedule 2, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
